Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Senior) to
lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across eCommerce platforms and
digital channels. As part of the e-commerce team, this role plays a key part in
driving sales, brand awareness, and user engagement for Con Cưng.
Marketplace Advertising
- Responsibility for all advertising activities on
marketplaces such as: Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to achieve business KPIs.
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid ads performance daily
and campaign monthly.
- Manage and allocate budget daily efficiently and optimize
across views by Campaign/Category/Product strategy.
- Analysis data, key words, market insight, competitor to
recommend efficient plan.
- Test and learn new tactics, new format ads to optimize
performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to increase
efficiency of advertising activities.
- Manage advertising payment processes.
Affiliate Marketing
- Recommend and implement campaigns to drive customer
acquisition and revenue growth through the affiliate program.
- Build a plan to recruit and increase loyalty of affiliate
partners (KOLs, KOCs, Influencers).
- Tracking performance metrics, analyzing data to identify
trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage affiliate payment processes.
Branding Campaigns
- Build media efficiency plan for campaign across
perspectives: objective, target audience, media approach, channel selection,
budget optimal.
- Set up, manage and optimize performance to achieve the
main goal of the campaign.
- Analysis data and consumer behavior to define the right
target audience with multiple product categories and campaigns.
- Advice internal team with best practices, key learning to
optimize campaign performance.
- Measure effectiveness using tools such as Google Tag
Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Stay updated on digital trends and tools to identify new
growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing,
preferably in eCommerce
- Proven experience in leading of big campaign across
multiple digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms: Shopee
Ads, Lazada Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, Facebook, Google, Affiliate, etc.
- Proven experience in performance marketing and affiliate
management.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using digital research
and analytics tools.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, handle work
pressure, multiple tasking and able to work independently.
