Job Description

Drive Growth Marketing for new store launches and low-performing stores, driving traffic and revenue while continuously optimizing for scalable growth.  

1. Strategy & Planning

• Analyze store performance, customer data, local market, and competitors
• Build and optimize growth plans for new stores and low-performing stores, ensuring store KPIs

2. Execution & Coordination

• Execute sales-driving activities: promotion, POSM, activation, communication and local partnerships
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timeline and execution quality

3. Optimization & Scale:

• Track performance and identify opportunities to improve results
• Optimize and standardize effective models for wider rollout

4. Others: Perform other tasks assigned by the Growth Marketing Lead/Manager

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales or related fields; retail/FMCG experience is a plus
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills; proficient in Excel
• Hands-on, fast learner, and willing to take on new challenges
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
