Job Description

• Design key visuals & POSM for products & marketing campaigns, to be adapted to online & offline platforms.
• Design key visuals and POSM for products and sales campaigns, ensuring strong visual impact and consistency across both online and offline platforms.
• Design social media posts and digital assets for brand and campaign communication.
• Develop, maintain, and apply brand guidelines; ensure visual consistency across all graphic materials.
• Adapt and customize graphic files based on business, marketing, and operational requirements.
• Take ownership of design quality, output volume, and timelines throughout the development of graphic materials.
• Collaborate closely with Content, Growth Marketing, Category teams and related teams to deliver effective and on-brand designs.
• Handle assigned tasks flexibly while maintaining design quality under tight timelines.

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Retail, FMCG, or working in a creative advertising agency environment.
• Strong mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; drawing or 3D skills are a plus.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy in commercial design.
• Creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Formal education in graphic design or relevant certifications is an advantage but not mandatory.
