Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive to join our Transformation Team, where the current focus is on Finance Transformation and will gradually shift to Business Transformation. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and making practical improvements to how things work day to day.

You won’t be expected to lead big-scale strategic changes alone - but rather play a strong supporting role in driving, following through, and stabilizing improvements in how teams operate, especially with the support of technology.

• Act as a “Change Agent” – challenge the “status quo” and help drive changes that lead to better integration, efficiency, and internal controls.
• Support transformation initiatives, starting with Finance and expanding to Business Operations.

• Lead or coordinate end-to-end process improvements, including:

  o   Suggesting and/or liaising with teams to implement more automation.

  o   Simplifying processes and policies for better user experience.

  o   Ensuring the right level of control is embedded within operations.

• Collaborate with teams to map and improve existing workflows.
• Work with stakeholders to identify practical changes that can be supported by technology.
• Follow up on actions to ensure changes are implemented and sustained.
• Maintain regular 2-way communication with related departments to ensure alignment.
• Prepare simple reports, presentations, and documents to communicate progress.
• Provide hands-on support in rolling out new workflows or tools.

Job Requirements

Expected Capability

• Strong logical thinking and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Strong data and system mindset; comfortable working with data, ERP systems, reports, and process flows.
• Ability to analyze operational issues and translate them into practical process/system improvements.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills across multi-departments.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Able to balance big-picture thinking with detailed follow-up and execution.

Experiences:

• 3-4 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Digital Transformation, Business Operations, Data/System Analysis, Process Improvement, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, reporting/dashboard tools, UAT, requirement gathering, or system implementation/enhancement projects is preferred.
• Big4 audit/consulting background is a plus, especially with exposure to data analytics or system/process transformation projects.
• Retail industry experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields;
• Professional Certifications: Additional exposure to data analytics, ERP systems, BI tools, or digital transformation methodologies is an advantage.
