Job Description
Manage and oversee the company's cash flow, funds, and financial assets to ensure financial stability and compliance with accounting regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily treasury operations.
- Implementing treasury policies and procedures.
- Managing banking relationships and negotiations.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Any Other Assignments or tasks given by Teamleader, Manager, Director and CFO
Expected Results:
- Effective cash and liquidity management.
- Optimized financial risk management.
- Accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is essential.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting and controlling role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience with financial analysis, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with treasury software and financial regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial portfolios.
- Strategic project management and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and manage stakeholder
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
- Efficiency mindset: find ways to automate tasks, design templates or propose solutions that can be reproducible and transferable with ease
- Understanding of retail industry-specific financial challenges.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and financial practices.
- Knowledge of global financial markets and instruments.
