Brand Marketing Manager

Job Description

1. Consumer understanding 

• Articulate a strong brand positioning and enhance customer experience by leveraging customer insights, market expertise, competitive landscape analysis, and a customer-focused approach.

2. Corporate Brand Strategies 

• Build up brand strategies and brand positioning including the establishment of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value propositions for both short-term and long-term objectives
• Develop, manage and monitor all of brand marketing activities of Con Cung as a master brand, Including—but not limited to—advertising campaigns and new brand development initiatives.

3. Brand Management

• Propose, develop and implement tactical brand marketing programs to drive brand love and brand affinity
• Plan and execute all communications and media actions across all channels
• Collaborate with Agencies and/or internal departments to develop TVCs, product packaging, POSM,and communication vehicles that fit with product key message
• Follow up and analyze brand performance and propose suitable programs

4. Budgeting

• Propose, manage and monitor budget for all brand marketing campaign, Including-but not limited to-advertising campaign, new product launching…
• Managing the budget for advertising and promotional programs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in the position of brand manager/ marketing manager
• Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven analysis
• Highly flexible/open-minded, resourceful and practical
• Communication & Presentation skill, Negotiation
• Advanced English skill, both in speaking and writing skills
