Job Description

-    Manage current and potential customer database, analyze customer’s needs and behaviors to improve customers experience.

-    Developing channel strategies, planning, execution and investment of sales campaigns by categories total Con Cung to ensure sales achievement

-    Coordinating the internal departments to implement the monthly promotion tasks and sales campaign categories

-    Managing and developing of point of sale material (POSM) in-store in line with company business & marketing strategies

-    Market research & market visit to review and evaluate trade campaign, competitor’s actions, and industry data reports (both internal & external) to propose actions plan (for each channel/region/model)

-    Monitor/ Coach/ Train for team members to align the Trade team towards the business objectives.

Job Requirements

-    At least 5 years in Marketing,Trade Marketing, Merchandising…
