Job Description
This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement through the development and execution of sales campaigns, upselling/cross-selling strategies, brand activation events, and point-of-sale material management (POSM).
The role serves as a strategic link between the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, ensuring commercial initiatives are effectively implemented across all customer touchpoints—both in-store and online. It contributes directly to Con Cưng’s business objectives by attracting new customers, increasing transaction value, and improving the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Campaign Management:
- Develop, launch, and evaluate sales campaigns to drive revenue and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft promotional materials, messaging, and channels to maximize impact.
- Track campaign performance, analyzing customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.
2. Upselling and Cross-selling Initiatives:
- Design strategies to increase basket size and promote complementary products in-store and online.
- Regularly review sales data to identify product bundles or promotions that align with customer preferences.
3. Activation Activities:
- Plan and execute activation events, both in-store and externally, to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Partner with local influencers, community groups, and event organizers to reach target audiences.
- Assess the impact of activation efforts on customer acquisition and store sales, adjusting strategies as needed.
4. Point of Sale Materials (POSM) Management:
- Oversee the design, production, and placement of POSM in Con Cưng stores, ensuring they are on-brand and compelling.
- Monitor POSM effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to improve product visibility and engagement.
5. Performance and Reporting:
- Set measurable KPIs for all initiatives, ensuring alignment with Con Cưng’s sales goals and company objectives.
- Report on the effectiveness of sales campaigns, customer engagement, and upselling results to senior management.
- Regularly analyze sales data and market trends to inform future campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
- A
minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in sales growth, retail management,
or marketing.
- Strong
organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle
multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and
customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency
in sales analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative
thinker with an eye for detail and passion for driving results
