Job Description

- Plan and manage purchasing supply to support business needs.
- Oversee indirect purchases, ensuring goods and services are of high quality
- Control documentation for direct purchases.
- Ensure the timely and smooth import of goods
- Oversee all customs activities related to importing and exporting.
- Implement procedures that comply with regulations and company policies.
- Regularly evaluate suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and align with company policies.
- Negotiate and discuss the terms of master contracts with suppliers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address any issues that arise during the purchasing process.
- Supplier management: quality, accounts payable, service, delivery, warranty.
- Balance the inbound plans and outbound plans with the warehouses.
- Manage team personnel, evaluate and monitor the activities and roles of each position.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 5 years of managerial experience in procurement and import/export.
- Strong planning and execution skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities to build and maintain relationships.
- Advanced leadership skills with a focus on results and change management.
- Proficient in English and MS Office.
