Learning & Development Executive (6 month contract)

Job Description

• Schedule and conduct recruitment strategy and project to fulfill the company expansion plan
• Identify the training needs by joining fieldwork to propose solution accordingly
• Execute the approved plans and projects of the People Development Department (PD)
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to drive the PD Projects
• Communicate and collaborate with external business partners to run Con Cung Employee Engagement Programs
• Continuously observe and learn the people development and engagement trend (techniques, channels, stories…) to propose initiatives and solutions to line manager
• Act under compliance to be the ambassador of Con Cung culture to promote Con Cung core values.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Human Resources/Marketing or experience in Hospitality 
• At least 1-year experience in service or office field
• Fluent in using Microsoft Office application (Excel, Powerpoint,…)
• Able to use Photoshop, AI, and other design application is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
• Willing to work cross-functionally and under high pressure
• Proactive, logical, innovative and creative thinker and doer
